At CEP Running, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your compression gear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your unworn items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is scanned for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
